Leaders aren't exempt from accountability—they model it. You'll have peers and mentors holding you to the same standards you hold your circle to.
Leading a circle requires 4-6 hours per week: weekly gatherings, 1-on-1 check-ins, prep time, and ongoing development. This is a meaningful investment, not a side hobby.
You're humble enough to receive feedback, learn from others, and continually improve. The best leaders never stop being students.
