Forging men of faith, strength, and service—one brotherhood at a time.
StewardStrength began not in a boardroom or grand plan, but in the quiet recognition of a gap—a void where men of faith were searching for authentic brotherhood and disciplined growth.
In a culture that often celebrates comfort over challenge, consumption over contribution, we saw too many men drifting through life without purpose, without accountability, and without the iron-sharpening-iron relationships that scripture calls us to.
The initial spark came from a small group of men who gathered weekly—not just to talk, but to challenge each other in the gym, study wisdom together, serve their communities, and hold one another accountable to living as God-honoring stewards.

What started as a handful of men meeting in a garage gym quickly revealed the hunger for this kind of brotherhood. Weekly workouts turned into accountability check-ins, which evolved into deeper conversations about faith, family, and purpose.
As word spread, more men wanted in. We formalized the Four Pillars framework—Body, Mind, Spirit, Service—and developed the Weekly Scorecard system to track real growth, not just good intentions. Multiple groups formed across different cities.
Groups began organizing service missions—building homes, mentoring fatherless boys, supporting local churches. The transformation wasn't just personal; it was radiating outward into families, workplaces, and communities.

StewardStrength begins with the individual—getting physically stronger, mentally sharper, spiritually grounded. But it doesn't end there.
When a man steps into his calling as a steward, the impact cascades: His marriage improves. His children see a model of faithful masculinity. His workplace benefits from his integrity and leadership. His community gains a servant who shows up and does the work.
We've seen men go from isolated and adrift to leading family devotions, coaching youth sports, launching ministries, and becoming the rock their communities need. That's the power of brotherhood anchored in truth and disciplined action.
StewardStrength was built by a man who refused to settle for success without significance.

Founder & Visionary
From executive leadership to AI innovation, now devoted to human transformation
Will's journey—from corporate executive leadership to serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at a major tech firm, and eventually becoming a multi-time founder of AI solutions companies—taught him a defining lesson: technical innovation without human transformation is hollow. After helping organizations solve complex problems with cutting-edge technology and building successful AI ventures of his own, Will felt a deeper calling—to use his expertise not just for business outcomes, but for meaningful impact in people's lives.
As a man of faith, Will recognized that the same principles that drive high performance in business—discipline, accountability, strategic thinking, and relentless execution—could be applied to spiritual growth and brotherhood. Yet he saw a gap: many men pursued professional success or spiritual depth, but rarely both with the same intensity and intentionality.
StewardStrength emerged from that conviction: that men don't have to choose between ambition and humility, between building businesses and building character. Will's vision is to build a brotherhood where driven, capable men pursue excellence in every domain—body, mind, spirit, and service—while staying anchored in Christ and accountable to one another.
"I've built companies, led teams, and developed cutting-edge AI solutions. But nothing compares to seeing a man discover his God-given purpose and step fully into it. That's the real work. That's StewardStrength."
